Careful Vetting

We thoroughly vet all factories before partnering with them. This involves site visits, compliance audits, worker interviews and background checks. We only work with those meeting our standards.

Code of Conduct

Our Supplier Code of Conduct outlines non-negotiable standards for working conditions, wages, discrimination/harassment policies and environmental protocols. All suppliers must commit to and be audited against this code.

Monitoring & Audits

In addition to initial vetting, we conduct unannounced visits and audits of partner factories at least annually. We interview workers and inspect policies, safety standards, dormitories and more. Any violations must be addressed immediately.

Restricted Substances

We maintain a Restricted Substances List banning harmful chemicals from production. We conduct testing to ensure suppliers comply. Worker safety and environmental impact guide our materials selection.
